We gave a new life to the architectural landmark in the historical center of Rostov-on-Don, which has been turned into contemporary space for business. The territory of the former garment factory has been transformed into a multifunctional complex of institutions with a new level of service – there are offices, coworking spaces, open terraces and a coffee shop, a courtyard with recreation areas that can be used to place events and modern exhibitions and also an open air porch.The structure of the old building became a starting point for our architectural solutions:  straight lines of beams and stairs emphasize the structures, glazed offices with a terrace are located on the top floor, and the stairwells have been completely reorganized and turned into the glass facade. The distinctive feature of the space is a double height ceiling. Interior and landscape design were based on the concept of the factory’s history: we used refined red brick together with industrial elements, metal, wood and clean white surfaces as key materials.
